I don't often leave negative reviews unless I feel they are genuinely earned. When I need to make an appointment I truly dread calling this office. The staff seeps of burn out. The hold times are long and repetitive. The over all tone is that I'm just another burden they have to deal with. I don't know if they need more paid time off, maybe hire a few more people to help out? It's not any one person, it's an overall attitude. I tried to make a portal online to avoid the staff.
