Dr. Rossi was the best! Will recommend highly to anyone for skin issues. He is familiar with northern breeds (malamutes, huskies etc) which is a good thing :D
I think it's an excellent clinic/hospital my chihuahua just had kidney surgery on Thursday 10/14/15 and she is doing great the doctor/ nurses and front desk staff are super nice and respectful I felt comfortable leaving my baby there I knew she would be well taken care off. Overall they are great
We visited Bay Area's opthamology department today with our Great Dane puppy. I cannot say enough great things about this office. The facility was nice and clean. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Shelia was seriously the best technician I have ever seen. She loved on our baby boy and kept him calm the entire time. Dr. Swanson was amazing. Thank you to Dr. Susaneck, Dr. Herman and Dr. Swanson for the wonderful care my Cocker Spaniel, Tyra, has received. The staff is wonderful too!
My Poodle, Dixie is getting the best care possible at BAVS under the careful watch of Dr. Susaneck and his staff. They calm my anxiety and send us home feeling good again. She has gained her strength back and enjoys our walk every morning but she wants to go to bed at 6:30 in the evening and wants me there with her. She has me wrapped around her little paw.
I cannot say enough good things about the people at BAVS. They perfectly balanced straight-forward information with genuine compassion during a very difficult time for our family. Even after eventually having to put our dog to sleep (because they're specialists here, not God himself), they've continued to show such kindness to us, I've never had that experience with any veterinary practice, ever.
