I was treated Rudely and totally ignored when wanting to ask a question to Dr. Banwell about My Baby Boy who just had his second procedure. If they treat people like this. How will they treat our Babies.
We had a wonderful experience, everyone from the receptionist, assistants and Dr Rossi. Everyone showed delicate care and concern for our sweet Bella. Thank you. 🐾❤️
My dogs & I are new to the area. My 14 year old Buzz has been undergoing chemo at the University of Illinois, so we needed to find a place. Dr. Osbourne recommended Bay Area. Buzz was under the weather, Dr. Susaneck took good care of him was honest & sympathetic. The staff was great, especially the young lady that took us to the exam room.
This was a very good vet office!! Dr. Craig was outstanding!! Very knowledgeable, affordable, and professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a specialist. They have cardiology, internal medicine, oncology, opthamolgy, and more. All in its little group of specialized doctors. Outstanding! Easily voted 5 stars!!
