We could not have hoped for better than Dr Brian Van Horn and Jennifer when our dog Baloo started to decline rapidly. Brian was a true gentle giant, had extensive knowledge, and gave us plenty of space and time when appropriate. He helped out in all aspects of this hard time and made the decision very smooth among all family members. We were very confident in Jennifer's care, and she tended to Baloo beautifully. I highly recommend BAVH.
With a heavy heart I made the phone call to BAVH. My vet had recommended them. My darling Soxx, wonder dog of 15 years, was ready to leave me. Jennifer at BAVH was so kind and gentle.
