My husband has been seen in this office for months. His prostate numbers in November more that tripled his normal levels a year before. He was scheduled for prostate surgery, to be done 3/7. He had an MRI on 2/15 that showed "high suspicion of clinically significant cancer." So surgery was canceled until he has a biopsy-the soonest they can do that is April 8! Totally unacceptable to wait that long! I'm looking for a different urologist now because I'm very angry.
Michelle the receptionist is extremely rude and talks down to you, like you’re incompetent.
Had surgery yesterday with dr young and. And have to have a catheter until Tuesday and. Getting stuff for pain is like pulling teeth and the catheter is hitting the incision nothing for the pain but being told to spray water on it
I called 3 times and lady answered and transferred me to the appointment line, and the person behind the line literally picked up the phone to hang up on me.
I’m beginning to wonder if this practice is closed. Nobody answers the phone, have to leave message, which I’m beginning to question if anyone responds too, definitely lacking patient satisfaction
