Please do yourselves a favor and avoid Bay Area urology specifically Dr Star and his incompetent staff. 8 months after he botched my surgery I am experiencing constant pain. Unfortunately these are the only choices we have for urologist in T.C.
I’m not kidding when I say from the moment I walked into the building every single person I talked to was extraordinary . Dr. Jay Starr was incredible. He talks to you not at you. He was fantastic. Thank you guys for this experience.
When my husband had kidney stones, went to Munson and got seen right away. Dr. Diane Young was the on call Doctor for Urology. They promptly got things moving and had surgery, within a couple of hours then released that evening. She was phenomenal. She explained the procedure, very caring, then called first thing in the morning to check on him & schedule an appointment for a follow up. The office was helpful with the appointments. 5 star review for Bay Area Urology.
App on time. No wait. Quick prompt service. Friendly.nurse Donna wonderful. Dr was wonderful. Quick in quick out. Thank you all for making my process wonderful experience.
