Our crew, Gonzalo and Isaiah did a great job from start to finish. They worked quickly and quietly and at the same time provided excellent communication about everything they accomplished for our job. We highly recommend Groundworks Foundation Repair to anyone with foundation issues. Our floor is level again and the foundation cracks are now secured. It is a good feeling.

They raised one concrete slab so it was level with another, stabilized the area, filled cracks and left with everything looking good. Tito and his crew did an excellent job! Our basement wall was pulling away from the dirt. This part of the house was a little over 100 years old with no rebar. They repaired this and we’re always courteous and worked hard. They also cleaned up after themselves every day. Tito always communicated to us what they were gonna do each day and the next day.
The Groundworks guys that installed the new screw jack supports and mono posts to our crawl space floor supporting beam system were fantastic. Sergio and Reuben took great care of our house, covering the floors, making sure everything was clean each time they left. They went above and beyond making sure I understood what was being done, and answered any questions I had, with great knowledge. They both knew their craft very well, and I’m glad we chose them. Thanks for upgrading our home.
My job was a little bit complex because of my basement and existing leaking. This one required some extra attention and know how. A BIG shout out to Esteban the Groundworks Superintendent was very dedicated to getting the job done correctly with a focus on getting it done right.
