From the initial consultation to the day of the work, everything went smoothly with groundwork. The crew on site (Alex, Campbell, Manny, E and Benji) Were punctual, courteous, hard-working, and left my place in excellent condition. They made sure I understood what they were doing throughout the day and answered any questions that I had. They even offered suggestions for how to manage the area in the future. Overall, a positive experience
Aaron Nelson came to my condo and did a thorough inspection of my unit. He walked thru and literally ran up and down my stairs taking pics and measurements. Aaron did a WAY better job than the company sent by the association and he explained what he did and assessed what’s going on. I would recommend groundworks to anyone who thinks they may have foundation issues this company is the REAL deal, if you’re hesitant about reaching out to them DON’T call NOW.
