Signed a contract, the guys were an hour late and stood around for 20 mins after to say we can’t do the work that day. Sent several emails and all they said the superintendent will be calling you. No call received and told them I want my deposit back. This company doesn’t have their stuff together and they just steal your money. Don’t waste your time with them. Find someone else and save yourself the headache.

I recently had my concrete around my pool leveled by Groundworks. The pool deck began to sag in two of the corners of my deck and I was in desperate need of repairs. We found Groundworks on the internet and booked an appointment. Our salesman (Trevor) contacted us a couple of days prior to the appointment to confirm and on the day of the appointment, he sent us a message to let me know he was on his way. Outstanding and honest. That's what I can say about the free assessment. I was concerned about my foundation. Jim came out and spent a couple hours checking everything out. Found nothing wrong with the foundation, which was a huge relief. Very low pressure, honest and fair. Should the need arise in the future I would definitely call them out again.
