The work was done very well. Workers arrived very early in the morning, at or before 7 am from Fairfield. They worked in rain, cold and windy days started January 7, 2023 for 4 days. Their quote price is the most reasonable one with great service and professionalism. They cleaned up the ground at the end of the job. Lence and Will are the foreman and superintendent. An absolute nightmare to deal with! Communication is nonexistent, zero accountability, sloppy and lazy. For the stress of having to tackle such a large issue as foundation with our home, Groundworks/Bay Area underpinning has made this unbearable. From not showing up when scheduled up to FOUR times, leaving our property a health and safety mess after each half-worked day, drilling holes into our plumbing system and claiming "not to be plumbers" when we asked for them to replace them (after they lied claiming they already did)... read more
