I have tried to reach out numerous times via phone and email over several weeks and have received no answer.
I found this place through my insurance, as they are in-network and only 5 miles away. I called and left a voicemail, but never received a response. We even visited the location in person, where we were given a card and told to call the number. Despite several attempts and additional voicemails, we still have not heard back. I understand they can be busy, but it’s extremely rude not to return a simple call. We love teacher Jenn! My son has made so much progress in just half a year with teacher Jenn. My son loves to see her and she connects with him very well. Her methods have seemed to jump my son forward as he continues visit. Thank you Teacher Jenn!
I’ve had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Jenn and Marguerite, who comprise Bay Area Speech. Below is a factual recount of events that has led me to leave this poor review. Marguerite was nearly impossible to get in touch with via phone call, and the majority of our interaction happened via text. We love Teacher Jen. We have a speech delayed son who has blossomed while receiving services from teacher Jen. She matches his energy perfectly. Jen and Margarite have been great when we have had to cancel last min for illness or an er visit. We love them so much we drive 4 hours every week so our child can see her. Thank you Jen for your patience and unconventional methods. You are exactly what our son needed.
