I've been with this places for a while and had to reschedule appointments because of a family emergency as my brother is highly autistic and there are times I need to reschedule appointments to take care of my brother. Moving forward, the dentist doctor is charging me a fee (95$!!!) to get a quote as I need to get my my bite fixed because my family doctor and general dentist told me that there is a possible TMJ because of my bite issue. I came to this place to continue my orthodontic treatment, I had an appointment at 5:30 and when I arrived I saw all the doctors in their cars to leave. I had traveled 30 minutes to get there and was not served. I spoke to the secretary, she informed me that they were not going to charge me extra because it was not my fault, so I called today and they told me that they are going to charge me the extra 80 anyway. because I was 5 minutes late and she told me that if I didn't want to pay the extras she would find me another den... read more
