My husband went for a sleep study, instead ending falling of the bed with a staff member, (Kieuana) in the room with him and him asking her for help before he fell and she just stood there. She didn't even help him get up, another staff member heard the commotion and had to come and help him get up. Thank God he didn't hit his head or else there would have been a lawsuit because of staff like Kieuana.
Having used another provider in the Houston area for 5 years, I found this business so poorly run to the point it is borderline useless. Simply a money grab. They have a nice facility, and the technicians are courteous and well trained. But you never see a doctor and any readjustments to the operation of the CPAP machine requires you to schedule an appointment with your primary care physician who then requests another "titration" i.e. facility visit and/or overnight stay. This facility is not conducive for a peaceful sleep experience. Walls have no sound insulation, and you can hear everything going on outside your room. The Asian nurse is terrible, rude and unprofessional. She is also very boisterous and could hear word for word everything she was saying to patients in other rooms. Couldn't sleep because of this and her slamming doors and terrible bed side manner. I would recommend somewhere else.
I was referred to this facility by my primary care physician, but unfortunately, it was a mistake as my insurance provider was not part of their network, and Michelle, the referral coordinator, did not inform me of this crucial detail. Furthermore, the office staff treated my wife rudely when she attempted to assist with obtaining authorization.
