During 1st study, things went ok. It was awkward, but everything was explained. 2nd study was not allowed to try on multiple masks for more than an hour, and took forever to sleep because there was so much talking outside the room. No private restroom either, so that was unpleasant. 1 hour is not sufficient to determine mask preference. When told I qualified for a CPAP machine, it was presented as if I had no choice of where to purchase. Very clean, open, no creepy alley drop off. Techs are great, professional, and get back to you in a timely manner.
IMPORTANT: If you have chemical sensitivities or other indoor air quality sensitivities, see the very last paragraph.
