I went to two exterminator companies before this and they wasted my time and money. Most exterminator companies just set traps and check them. Complete waste of money. They fixed the problem by finding all the holes. They went onto the roof and that is where the problem was. None of the other company did this.
After more than 20 years in the real estate business, I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. My client paid $7,050 for work that was unfinished and far below professional standards. The service quality, communication, and overall experience were simply unacceptable. This company was outstanding. From my first call to the office to the work they did everyone was helpful and friendly. We had a small office building complex which was a lot of work, The inspection was thorough, the price was completely reasonable, and the work was done quickly and well. Highly recommend
We were happy with the work they did, but we had some follow up issues and the response was basically to pound sand. Not happy with that. Rats are relentless. I called, and Bay Area Rodent Solutions came right out, diagnosed how those tricky suckers got back in, and fixed it better than the original.
