If this establishment is providing you with worthwhile services, then I'm happy that you've found a good place. For me it was not. The caregiver that we saw did not address the specific question I had about my child's medication which I had posed at the beginning of our session. Instead of discussing the appropriateness and/or dose rate, the caregiver prescribed a supplemental medication to be administered as needed. I’ve been seeing Angela for 2+ years, she is absolutely amazing. You can see that she truly cares for her patients and her communication is fantastic. The office staff is also wonderful. If i have to leave a message, I always get a call back in a timely manner. Everyone is very professional and kind.
We have been with them for 3 years now and Dr. Ballaram and Angela Ramirez are the best Corpus has to offer. The staff is amazing amd we could not be in better care.
I would highly recommend this facility. The people are kind and understanding. Dr Balaram has 25 years experience. He is an excellent doctor, really seems to care… not shuffling patients through like cattle, as I have experienced in other psychiatric offices. I tried a new treatment called TMS for depression. It seemed to really work . I am feeling much better. My experience has been fantastic. So glad I found them!
