If I could give 0 stars I would, I went to here in January of this year to get my medical evaluation for Imagration but she never did anything I waited 2 months demanded my refund and still till now half a year later have not gotten my refund. Countless emails, calls and visits to office nothing . The Office is never open, never replies to your emails or even responds to voicemail. Not sure what business they are running when they are never open or available for a phone call.
Very disappointed in this office. I have an ear infection and need medicine immediately. I called to see if they could fit me in virtually and prescribe me something for some relief before it gets worse. I made an appointment with a rude lady on the phone, but at least I got an appointment for the same day at 5:15. 5:15 comes around and she never sends the link for our call, as promised. The doctor made me pay with my card stating that my name on the insurance card was incorrect. She said she would refund it once the insurance paid but never did. She never picked up my call after that and her clinic was also shut. She did not even bother to check my throat despite complaining of throat pain. Would definitely recommend to stay away if don’t want to waste time and money.
Me and my wife went in for USCIS medical exam. Before going in we called her and took the quote for medical exam plus any vaccinations needed. We paid fully on first day of visit. I used my insurance plan to do all lab work and also did the vaccinations using my insurance and not from her. Dr Eadula signed the medical certificate for us and attached the copy of the labs we provided to her.
