Very sad how that office operates having clients or patients waiting for results . My husband had a scheduled appointment at 2:15we arrived early at 1:45 . It was 2:30 still had not called him. Ask his front desk if there was a problem cause my husband can’t seat for long period of time due to his back pain. There responds was it has only been 20 minutes. We waited until 3:00 never saw Dr Flores nor did we get a call back from him but they sure did charge our visit. What they need to do is schedule people probably instead of... read more

It's a nightmare trying to communicate with the clinic. The phone system is a round the world experience. Voicemails not promptly returned. Customer service and satisfaction is nil and void. It used to be good but recent years it's been awful!!

Made several attempts to make an appointment with Dr. Branstetter. After being hung up on after being on hold FINALLY reached someone who told me I needed to have a referral. Fine, I had my PCP send over a referral. No call, no NOTHING! I asked my PCP if they had any response and I was advised that my referral was denied. No explanation was given, no calls NOTHING! I called Dr. Branstetter office and spoke with Shannon. She asked me my name and dob, placed me on hold and never came back. It really takes a lot for me... read more

Dr. Inamdar is an excellent doctor. He cares about his patient, works extra miles, justifies with the insurance, brings me to the hospital and saves my life. I wish I could give more than 5 stars...for above and beyond his great care.

Very poor! Calls are not being returned. Having to track them down to get any test results! This last test took me contacting the corporate office. It was a few days shy of one month. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing! Worse service I have ever had to experience! No patient should have to go through this. Shame on them!

This facility was in network, but they use Endo Sedation LLC which is not in my network. Be cautious when using this place.
