I booked a month prior to my event on August 9th 2014 The day of my event they at 9am to confirm at 12pm they called to let me know that they Did not have a Limo for us so the man stated that he will send a party bus instead for the same price I told him Perfect !! at 12:30 pm he called and said that the party bus had No Cold A/C , so he could send a a better Limo for $150 more ,at this point I was just needing a Limo so I told him ok sure send it. Never received service! I made an appointment for service and the "dispatcher" called the minute of my appointment to notify me of the housekeeper's inability to make my scheduled appointment. In addition, the number listed is used for a limousine service and housekeeping service. I called on several occasions and got both greetings for limo and housekeeping services. This was the most unprofessional experience with any housekeeping service I have ever dealt with. Simple. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
