Great place to get my procedure done. Everyone was kind, caring and showing empathy. Very professional staff and state of the art equipment. Would go there again for sure
The discharge instructions after my survey were wrong. They said to change the bandage every day. The discharge nurse said not to change it for two weeks. Glad I asked. The discharge papers and the doctors' instructions need to be on the same page. That is very important. More explanation of why the restriction of movement would have been wonderful. After two weeks I had a nurse explain why I should not lift my arm over my head for 4 weeks and that is very critical. I did not know the reason. luckily, I did not lift my arm a... read more
Horrible experience. Night shift was mean. I was discharged way too early.Hope I don't have to return.
I feel that my experience at Doctors Regional was awesome. The facility was clean and well equipped. The staff were very nice and helpful. The doctor and his assistances were wonderful and very professional. I highly recommend Doctors Regional.
