Went in to buy furniture to be faced with the RUDEST customer service (if you can even call it service). It was so bad that we ended up not buying the entire set that we went in for because we were appalled with the unprofessional behavior. Highly recommend supporting a different business! Place is a nightmare, no surprise they are going out of business/relocating! Likely lost all the local customers with their poor attitude.

Went to Bay Area Furniture in need of a couch. My house was completely empty and no where to sit with my family. Jon was generous to offer delivery within the hour. It's typically not common to buy a couch and have it delivered within an hour but the gesture and offer speaks volume that he cared about his customer service. I would recommend shopping at Bay Area Furniture. They definitely earned my buisness!
