Very manipulative billing. They just make appointments to charge a co-pay. Stay away from this place.
The office team and doctor very nice. However, they billed me for a visit that did not happen. They use a 3rd party billing service and I escalated for 8 months. Still getting the run around. I've spent hours talking with reps and also sent email communications. Example below. It's been an awful experience. My insurance company has paid them out for a service that did not happen. The doctor was very nice, accommodating, and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. The outpatient procedure and follow-up went great.
This Podiatry office needs to train their front office staff on how to answer phones w/better customer service!! I know what good front office service should be like since I've been in the industry, before!!
