I am an attorney with a small law firm, and I use this for all my e-filing needs. The customer service response is immediate and personal. Paul has helped me out with complicated filing issues, and is extremely prompt and professional. I only use Bay Area File.

PERFECT for the DIY Divorce - Bay Area File professionally handled filing my name change paperwork, my legal separation paperwork and divorce documents as soon as I uploaded the documents to them. If items needed special handling like the extra copies and envelopes needed for the final, Bay Area File's location allowed them to offer to hand carry and present to the Clerk of the Court. The fees for their services are very reasonable. The time and gas to drive to the court would have been more. Such a deal!

Bad experience. Not helpful. System stripped my info after uploading the form, acted like it was my fault somehow, told me I should go file in person, then they want to charge you for efiling it. Would not recommend. Find another provider. 2x the cost of other efiling and process serving companies online.
