Bad experience. Not helpful. System stripped my info after uploading the form, acted like it was my fault somehow, told me I should go file in person, then they want to charge you for efiling it. Would not recommend. Find another provider. 2x the cost of other efiling and process serving companies online.

Filing paperwork with a county clerk is difficult, requires a trip to Hayward or Oakland or... and it may not be correct the first time around. BAY AREA FILE is awesome. Efiled my change of name request with Alameda County and I had my paperwork back the next day. My first set of documents were not organized the way the county wanted them AND BAY AREA FILE fixed that too. thank you: Paul and Kristen Thornton!
