Current working with Ethan and his team and very happy with the progress. Custody cases/arrangements can be very stressful and his team has been very communicative and supportive. I can reach out to them anytime and receive a timely response - something that is super important to me. I don't know where to start. I would not recommend this firm to anyone as the entire experience has been terrible. I consistently had to follow up with them to make sure that they are doing what needs to be done for starters. we would go to court and my attorney wouldn't even know my phone number. He would do little to no work on my case or review until the day before most of my court dates. During my difficult divorce I had another firm start on the case. I wanted to finish it as soon as I could. After about 3 and a half years my attorney from the previous firm left. I started looking for a new attorney to finish the case. After several interviews with attorneys I found Ethan at Bay Area Family Law. He was in my opinion an expert in Family Law. Child custody cases can be so stressful & emotional, it is important to have a great attorney by your side. Ethan Weisinger was amazing!!! Not only did he help me get everything I wanted (a fair & equitable parenting plan) but he defended me against malicious allegations & demands for 12k in attorneys fees! It is obvious that Ethan cares for the well-being of every child. He was VERY knowledgeable & gave me great advice. I would recommend Ethan to my closest friends & family. 10/10!
