Do not use this company! They set up appointments and don't show up. Always an excuse. Bad customer service & no professionalism. They were suppose to pack up my closet & then told me I needed to do it, even though it was in the contract for them to do it. They replaced dry wall and promised a matching texture to my other walls. Not even close. They put in my new floor that buckles & is incomplete. Please do not use this company. Bay Area DKI took more than 5 months in our home for a very simple project. We had to constantly call them to get workers out. Even then, it often took weeks to get anything done. Their general contractor and project manager are incompetent. They were utterly negligent to the details of the project. They repeatedly messed up jobs and had to send out other sub contractors to "fix" the sloppy work. We had to live in the mess during all of that time. I am truly disgusted

Very satisfied with mold removal and water damage restoration. All work was performed in a timely manner. Calls where returned in a timely manner. I would recommend this company friends and family.

03 February 2021. DKI has been in our home a number of times for an on-going project which is currently continuing. Each time one of your DKI professionals have come to our residence they were very polite, courteous, and busy like. I would highly recommend DKI to anyone interested in professional service.
