Terrible customer service here. I have a referral for very specific procedures from my gastro dr. And yet, I Still have to have some sort of consult prior to getting an appt. When I phoned to make an appt I wasn't given one until 10 days out. My situation is somewhat urgent. And I was told that I needed to fill out the paperwork online.
