Dr. DeShazo is an exceptional pediatrician who truly listens. She never rushed us; instead, she dove deep into investigating my child’s specific needs to ensure we had a solid plan. What impressed me most was her advocacy—she personally called our pharmacy to verify they could order the specific medication we needed rather than just giving us a prescription and 'hoping for the best.' When I tell you this doctor listens, SHE LISTENS! We took our daughter to see her when we were at our wits end, completely defeated. She heard our concerns and desperation in our voices. It is so refreshing to have found a doctor that truly wants to help your child, and get to know your child! We left our appointment with a game plan, numerous learning materials, and peace knowing our girl was getting the help she needed to thrive!
Dr DeShazo saw my son at another office and she is phenomenal. She truly listens, cares and agrees to look into alternatives of meds if you’re unhappy with the regimen. 10/10
