The Tai Chi class is outstanding. We found it easy to follow along as new students. The class is mentally and physically relaxing, once the movements are memorized. They occasionally offer informative hands on massage classes, very useful.
We love doing our martial arts over there. Our senseis are the best and the healing massages are the best!
Every time I come here, I feel very good service and my body is relaxed to a certain extent. I strongly recommend everyone to come and experience it.
Had an amazing reflexology session with Alanna. I work on my feet all day, and experience foot, knee, and low back/hip pain, so I needed an affordable option to help out. The price was great (25$/1hr) for such a healing experience and Alanna was very informative and calming throughout the entire process, highly recommend!!
