Very helpful and knowledgeable people.
My Festool vac was broken and the Manager opened up his shop, helped me get the vac shipped to Festool at no charge and will let me know when it will be back working. He helped me when I was in a bad place. Thanks Bay Area Carbide you folks have always been wonderful. Give them 25 stars
This is the most knowledgeable metal works shop I have heard of or been to. The owner has been there everytime I have come to drop off my shear blades with a warm welcome, I was even offered a tour of their shop which I gladly accepted. The machinery in there is top of the line to say the least, very impressive. Overall great experience and have been going there for about three years.
