Literally the worst retail experience I've ever had. I called them before and left a voicemail to see if it was okay to come in. Didn't ever call me back. So I showed up and they started to help me and even though they were literally all of over the place -- I understood. Fast forward an hour later I'm finally starting to try on a dress and as I try on the first one, the manager (who's super rude btw) comes in and literally KICKS ME OUT. Worst experience I have ever had. Purchased my wedding dress and was told alterations were included only to find out that my grandmother, my mother and I all "misunderstood." Even though they insisted I order two sizes too big. Very dirty trick. My wedding is also less than 6 months away and this place told me to come in around 4 months to order bridesmaid dresses. I went bridal gown shopping with my mom on the east coast and fell in love with a dress, only to find out it had been discontinued. I was so relieved when Nikki was able to call the designer and get it ordered right way. She was very patient and friendly and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my many questions. I would absolutely recommend this store.

bought all my dresses here for prom and winter formal for high school. although i imagine most of the income from their store comes from a college age audience (there are 10+ surrounding middle and high schools) the dresses are really pricey. though if the price is worth it for you and you want to have a totally one of a kind dress, then go for it!
