Dr. Abbott is fantastic. Puts you an ease and makes sure everything is working for you, before you leave her office. I feel like I made a friend, she is so welcoming. I will send anyone with a hearing problem to them.
If you need hearing aids or to get your hearing tested. Please go see Dr. Abbott and her team. I can't think of anyone better to take care of your hearing needs. Dr. Abbott truly cares about her patients. I am thankful for her. She's the best!

I recently purchased two(2) new hearing aids from Bay Area Audiology. The "latest and greatest technology", working with my Apple IPhone. Now "older people' have a hard time with "technology". Well, Dr. Abbott did a "FANTASTIC JOB" working me through the process. A few "bugs". But she was right on top of things and sorted out issues very quickly. Thank you Dr. Abbott! If your spouse is getting tired of you asking to repeat that go see Dr. Abbott at Bay AREA AUDIOLOGY For the latest in hearing aids. The new technology is not your granddaddy's hearing aids. Extremely clear, blue tooth connections to your phone, with Resturant settings that make the problem of large noisy crowds a thing of the past.
I met with Dr Caroline Yoon today. I really like her. She was very quick to see me, very personable and easy to talk to. I will recommend her to anyone.
