Dr Abbott...Bay Area Audiology plus Resound Hearing Aids are life Changing. I recently bought the Resound EQ hearing aids and they have changed my life. No more asking "what" or "huh"..with Resound makes everything crystal clear even with mask on. My hearing before Resound was below 60%..even with my old hearing aids..with Resound its close to 95%. Dr Abbott and her entire staff were excellent in every way; knowledgeable, helpful and thorough from testing and diagnosis of my hearing loss to a treatment plan for hearing aids and working with my insurance to cover most of the cost. Dr Abbott was specifically recommended to me by a trusted Audiologist and I am very glad I followed the advice.
I love going to see Dr Abbott. She truly understands the feeling of isolation that comes with being hard of hearing.

I've been a client of Dr. Chanda Abbott at Bay Area Audiology for over ten years. Dr. Abbott has always been professionally caring, informative and helpful to me through two sets of hearing aids. When I moved from Texas to Vermont, where I live now, I stayed her client by regularly sending her my aids for maintenance and cleaning, which she then has mailed back to me, all set to go for another six months or so.
