Bought a membership for my husband and myself for his birthday. We both think it is a wonderful place. The staff is helpful and cheerful. The members we have met are friendly and focused on the class. So far i have only done water aerobics on Saturday morning and the hot tub. YAY for water.
I love the BAAC !!! The instructors are so friendly and fun. I love the motivation and encouragement they give, it's so important and they really bring it!! The modifications and challenges they offer for all levels is so perfect. The commitment to fitness and helping others achieve goals is amazing. I appreciate the help they offered and modifications for me in protecting an injury. If you want a fun friendly environment to help you achieve your fitness goals, the BAAC is a great place to do just that !!! :)

The staff at BAAC is Awesome! They have everything you want in a athletic club, swimming, sauna, weight room, massage, new tanning beds, exercise classes, day care and more! No one in Coos County can give you more!
