yes if you don't mind the dirty conditions of the hot tub and the whole gym needs professional cleaning, most of the cardio equipment is broken, weights machines are from the 1970"s some even older!!!
The trainers here are very very good!! They can help modify anything for any one any age. Love the music, the energy that attitude the whole experience.
I want to give a shout out to Lisa for being so strong, kind, helpful, and for being so positive all the time. She makes this place that much more worth visiting! Also a huge shout out to all of the fitness instructors for giving your all every single class! 👍🤗

BAAC is well equipped, clean, always a great staff. Classes are excellent.
Thursday night Zumba, Group power, and Tabata kickboxing are incredible! I already notice a difference not just in my body but my energy level!!
