I have an EXTREMELY anxious 4YO German Shepherd. The staff at Bay Animal Hospital was so understanding, patient and friendly during our visit. After several failed attempts at getting his nails clipped at other vets - the staff at Bay were able to clip his nails. They took their time with my dog, working with him through his anxiety.
Love how they treat no only my animals but me and my family as well.
Very helpful and welcoming while bringing miss Elsa in this morning Dr. Greene was very kind and helped keep my girl calm while she was a little nervous about being at the vet would definitely recommend fur parents here
Everyone was so friendly and caring. We have a very difficult cat but everyone did their best to make the experience less traumatizing for her.
We switched to this vet for convenience and I’m pleased with the decision to try here. The staff is super friendly as well as the Vet.
