Excellent attentive service. Especially with complex systems. Very helpful and consultative.
Very questionable business practices. Bay Alarm purchased my previous alarm provider who provided service for both our business and residential. Repeatedly we have contacted them to make changes to our system (add/remove people) and have been told that they did not get all of the information they needed to administer our account from the company that they purchased.
