I would like to leave a review for Brittney (ID:232) Upon callin I was greeted with positive attitude instead of monotone call answering that CSRs usually give. The positive attitude on a monday morning really made the call a lot easier and happier. The rep was also great and professional, answered all my questions. She made all the necessary follow up appointment and anotated all the notes really simple. Overall, thank you Brittney for making this experience very easy for me!

Be careful with this company. We discovered recently that after having new windows installed their technician forgot to put a sensor on our living room window. We didn’t notice it at the time because we assumed the job was done properly. So for a period of approximately two years that window was not secured. Bay Alarm was contacted by my wife who explained the situation to a “customer service” person who was very rude, refusing to listen to the complete story and even claiming the sensor must have fallen off and our claim wa... read more
