Frank Medrano from Bay Alarm came to do an install at my Job today, he was very knowledgeable with the Alarm system and gave me a very good crash course in operating the Keypad. I have worked with other Alarm Companies in the past that just did not perform as well. If you are not using Bay Alarm as your Alarm Security Company, you are missing out. Called Bay Alarm regarding a low battery signal. Their technician, Richard came out and quickly switched out the old battery for a new one. Richard was fast, professional and very pleasant! Thanks!
