We have been a customer with Bay Alarms for ten years. We needed to upgrade our security. We are a none profit. We have been communicating with the sales rep. JC to receive a quote to present to our board for budget approval. We finally raised the money. We agreed on a monthly fee and the project started. After the everything was completed and we received our monthly statement it did not match the quote that JC presented to us. JC was not transparent and left out other fees. Our Company moved and we changed to Bay Alarm. They were great and I highly recommend.
This was the worst Alarm Company I have ever dealt with. I would NOT RECOMMEND. Especially, if you move and have to cancel, they dont answer their phone, they put you on hold, they make it IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. I have been trying over a year. I finally today got through, they say I owe them, even after written cancellation, phone cancellations, etc. Still have to pay because they are saying I did not cancel, which of course I did, MANY TIMES. Try a different company, NEVER use Bay Alarm.
