Bay Air Hotel truly came to our rescue after another hotel cancelled our confirmed booking on the afternoon of our arrival, leaving us stressed and without accommodation. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, calm and incredibly kind. They quickly arranged a clean and comfortable room for us, helped ease the stress of the situation, and even provided discounted meals at the local RSL Club. This place was extremely disappointing. I’ve travelled extensively, and this ranks among the worst experiences I’ve had. The room was filthy and very outdated, and the receptionist was unhelpful and rude. I chose not to stay, but was still refused a refund, which only added to the frustration. I would not recommend staying here.
The room so clean and tidy. great location. just bit too dark and need bit lighther light overall it was perfect and worth the money
