Bay 101 roofing just replaced our roof and gutters. Mauricio was very responsive and communicative, made sure to walk us through everything along the way. The roof turned out great and they also helped clear our gutter drainage. Would recommend!
My roof developed a leak and all the roof companies I called asked me to replace my roof. Bay101 is the only company that offered a much cheaper repair option. Even though eventually I ended up replacing the whole roof but I really appreciate that they didn't push me to replace the roof. They gave me a very detailed and reasonable quote. We needed a new roof. Requested quotes and met with reps of four different companies. Can’t say enough of how glad we are that we went with Bay101Roofing. Cesar Ramirez inspected our roof, identified the source of the leak and thoroughly explained the process for installing a new roof. He and his crew were on time, efficient, and completed the job in two days. A neighbor has already asked him to give her a quote for her roof. I would not hesitate to recommend this company should you need a repair or a new roof.

We hired Bay 101 Roofing ~10 years ago to re-roof the flat part of our roof (around 1,250 sqft), installing frame to slope the roof, insulation and torch-down material. The roof held Ok for 8 years, but leaked in the south and east corners of our home 2 years ago. Bay 101 made repairs under warranty. It leaked again last year -- and again was repaired.
