Really enjoyed our trip to Bloomington and to Baxter’s there. We had been there once before, a few years ago with our friends that live in Bloomington. It was as good this time as it was the last. Great grilled chicken dinner with bacon on it and gravy, all sitting atop a mound of garlic mashed potatoes. It was a delight. The server, Eric, was very accommodating. We were there New Years Eve and had great food and even better service. My salmon was probably the best I’ve ever eaten. And we were impressed at the wait staff, so well trained and so polite, was a breath of fresh air these days. Kudos to you! Can’t wait to return.
