I have owned my 2024 Jeep Wagoneer for less than two years now, and the entire ownership experience has been plagued by continuous electrical, battery, and technology problems. I went to this car lot to purchase a Jeep grand Wagoneer, the dealer and the people that work the salesman Chase and the finance manager are lovely people. They have very bad finance banks if your self-employed don’t even waste your time they’re not gonna approve you just because self-employed and you don’t doa W-2 tax form. They will definitely deny you. It’s not a dealers fault. Those are the finance company they need to get better financing companies.
I was travelling and they were both unwilling to help try to fit me in for an issue that came up and unable to assist in finding anything in the area. It took a 3rd party shop 10 minutes to fix the issue and my trip was great afterward. It's disappointing to see Jeep unwilling to help Jeep customers in an unprofessional manner.
