We booked my son's birthday party. Several days before the party we found out that most of the kids wouldn't be coming. I called to cancel the party or see if I could downgrade because I no longer needed a party for 15 kids but only like 5. They refused to do anything and advised me it would either be lose my $75 deposit or pay the whole $285 for the party package for 15 kids. This was completely wrong in my opinion.
