No employees there to supervise kids. Many parents will sit and chat/play on their phones instead of monitoring their kids. Was there twice this week and it was the same issue. Saw some bullying occur with kids whose mom/guardian(s) was off preoccupied, not watching their kids. I even had to say something to a couple of kids who "got out of hand" with my kids.
Had sons 3rd birthday party and nothing less than perfect and professional! ! Way to go!!
