Made an appointment for service for a window 2 weeks in advance, at drop off was told they might not even be able to look at it until the end of the day and then would do any repairs the next day (so keep the truck for 48 hours). What's the point of an appointment that far in advance? Pretty inconvenient. Elected to have the work done elsewhere at a local shop, made the appointment, was diagnosed and repaired the same day. Shuttle drivers and service to and from the shop were timely and friendly.
Needed my window repaired as the mechanism wouldn't move my window up or down. Had an appt at 7am on a Thursday so dropped my car off the night before. They couldn't find my apt and took us pulling it up to prove we had an apt. Then my car sat for a full 24 hours without being touched. I reached out on 10am on friday asking for an update and was told it was in the "pool" to be looked at? WHAT? My car should have been looked at during my appt time. Sale department was great, however service sept took 2.5 hours to to change a damage tire that we noticed on our purchase. Only to find out the service tech changed the wrong one. Total of 3 hrs of our time wasted. Very disappointed in the service department.
