I had an issue with my sliding glass door getting stiff and difficult to open. I called because my sliding screen/patio setup had become difficult to operate and was catching along the bottom. Needed a sliding door looked at because it wasn't sitting evenly in the frame and there was a small gap when closed. The alignment was corrected and the hardware was checked. The door closes much more securely now. The whole process was pretty simple and I wasn't pushed into replacing the entire door.

I had an older glass patio door that kept sticking near the middle of the track. It had become annoying enough that we were avoiding using it. The track and rollers were serviced, and the difference was pretty noticeable. It now opens without the constant pulling and jerking.
