Personalized service. No being bounced around to 20 different newbie vets in the office. Very caring and empathetic staff. Dr. Snodgrass has been my family's vet since he opened the practice and Dr Troutman is truly and asset to the office. My fur babies don't mind going there and I am absolutely comfortable with the advice I am given.
