RecommendedI really like this place. Dr Snodgrass is great. BUT today i took my new dog there. She is a year old. I called on Oct 18th because we had An appointment for spaying on November 1st. She had her period on the 18th. So the young lady told me that she would change the appointment to November 12 to ensure she was finished. I go to pick up my girl and BAM. $65 extra because she “was in heat”. WTH did I call for. I didn’t want the surgery done while she was in heat. And I didn’t want to pay extra. Beware!!!

Dr. Snodgrass has been my animal's vet for years. And Dr. Troutman is great too. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

They treat their patients with love and respect. During a very emotional process, they allowed me the time to make informed decision after providing me with all options. This is the best Vet and office I've ever taken my fur babies to and highly recommend them! Dr. Shedenhelm is the greatest!
Had my kitty spayed, it was a nice tiny cut and sutures very neat. the staff was friendly and busy, the sign of good business. Very clean wait area. professional clinic

Dr. Shedenhelm was so compassionate in a time of sorrow. It’s never easy to let go of a beloved pet, but she definitely did everything she could to bring comfort!
