We sell performance and hard parts. In 2021, Baxter Auto Parts became the largest member of Carquest's independently owned auto parts stores. The staff at this Baxter Auto Parts is incredible. I got a flat tire on my way to work and pulled over in their parking lot. Andy helped me change my tire, put on my spare, and get me back on the road safely, all at 7:30 in the morning before his shift. And he wouldn't let me pay him as a thank you! Truly above and beyond!

Idk the gentleman's name who helped me today, but I was heading to Portland from salem and suddenly looked down, and my car was overheating. Pulled off the freeway and got super lucky that I pulled off right where this store happens to be. I pulled in and took a look under the hood, but I'm not the smartest when it comes to cars, so i had no clue what was wrong since everything looked normal to me. Best parts store in the SW area. If they don't have it, they can usually get it the same day. I am a mechanic, and they make my job easier. They retain polite and knowledgeable staff, and I'd credit that to their manager, Jordan. I can take my business anywhere, auto parts suppliers compete for my business. Megan and Frank were so helpful at Baxter’s store #6; I needed a light bulb, but Megan told me there were 2 choices 1 over $100. So I decided to remove my burnt out bulb at the store. I couldn’t remove the cap, and with a lot of effort, both Megan and Frank got the cap off and replaced the correct bulb. Great people! Thank you for your excellent service!
