The staff was super nice and helpful when I had bought a new car and needed stuff to put the license plates on since it came with nothing to attach the plates to the car. They helped me find everything I needed and have been pleasant and very helpful everytime I have gone in there. The female they had working was super pleasant and even gave me someone to get ahold of to replace the front windshield. I cant remember her name but we talked about our kids while I was cashing out.
Unfortunately as of late, no one in this store seems to know what they’re doing. Sad.
The employees at Baxter Auto Parts were incredibly helpful in giving me a wrench to borrow to fix a minor issue on my car. It was really nice of them, and I just want to recognize their kindness. Thank you!!
Everyone I’ve ever met with there has been awesome. They are always upbeat and nice and very helpful. Jordan just recently helped me replace my windshield wipers. They were a little tricky to do, but he got it done. It would’ve taken me a lot longer to do it. So…. great service and fair pricing is a hard combination to be. I highly recommend them!
I went here for one thing. It was out of stock. No one offered to assist me.
