I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Not only do they not pursue trying to bill insurance, they don't even care to try when you call and push to have a bill sent. My customer service representative outright asked me for information that is not provided to patients, expecting me to know how and where to send claims. On top of this, regardless of informing them that I have full coverage medicaid, they continuously stressed that I would be rebilled at the new price with my new insurance and would receive an updated bill that I neede... read more
