I am very pleased with my visit to this jewelry store. I went in to have my ring resized, and they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. They managed to resize my ring in less than 24 hours.
My husband bought my engagement ring 24 years ago from a chain jewelry franchise. Although he purchased an extended warranty, the company went bankrupt and shut down right after we were married. My ring band is platinum and has always warped and started to crack. Mr. Baxley did a beautiful job fixing the crack and reinforcing the band. It looks better now than it did in 2000. He is so talented and kind, and we love working with them.

My fiancé and I brought in diamonds that had belonged to my mother and grandmother. This was to be my engagement ring. He showed me different pieces in the catalog that would be put together to make the ring I described to him and said it would be ready the following week, as he had to make this from scratch.
