I’ve had them do tractor service twice on site at my farms. Both times they did a great job and very timely. Never any issues after the repairs.
Brian, the service manager communicated with me about the issues, demonstrated great respect for my time, got the repairs covered by Kubota. Even gave the little guy a bath before bringing him home! You won't get this ease of service or commitment to customer-care from RK or any of the other big-boxes.
Rented a dump trailer for the weekend. On Saturday found out it doesn't work. Take it back Monday and let them know it doesn't work. Hour later get an invoice for it. Jared told me it was late being back. I've rented it 4 times and skid steers multiple times. Always pleasant experience til now. He said he would credit it but didn't want my business. Really?
