I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh, one of the technician at Bax Garage Doors, he provided amazing customer service. I was running late, and he kindly waited for me so he could explain exactly what needed to happen and why he wasn't able to do the job. He had taken detailed notes and said he would speak with his boss to work toward a solution. His communication was excellent, and he was such a nice young guy—professional, patient, and respectful. I highly recommend Josh and Bax Garage Doors!
