When I have to take my BMW back to the dealership is when the nightmares begin. Lol. Bavarian Motorwerks has been amazing every time I've needed them. Not only does it save me the ridiculous wait time at large dealerships, But they also seem to do much better work. And if you've ever paid BMW dealership labor fees you'll know where this next part comes from..... I can actually afford to have my car serviced here. I would highly recommend anyone with a European vehicle to give them a try. You can thank me later.
I have been servicing my BMW with Rick at MotorWerks for over a year and have been happy with the support and service I have received from MotorWerks. My vehicle service is always completed on time and Rick always ensures I understand what is being done to my vehicle at each visit.

Justin inspected the used BMW I was looking at, was very thorough. I've gone to him for all service since then. He's very reliable, affordable and really knows BMWs inside and out. He uses the same software that dealers use and is very experienced.
